A NIGHT OF BLACK SUCCESS: ALL BLACK EVERYTHING POP UP
Updated: Nov 17, 2022

The legendary actor, activist, and director Ossie Davis once said, "I find, in being black, a thing of beauty: a joy; a strength; a secret cup of gladness". Meeka Johnson the boss, owner, and creator of The All Black Everything Pop Upheld true to the quote. November 13, 2022 is a night to remember. The ABE event kicked off at 990 Spring Garden. The building was full of black business & black love. It was truly a beautiful place to be. First, let's get into how She'J QDee rocked the tables for the night playing the hottest music. She provided the sounds for the evening, and everybody danced with smiles on their face. Philly's own Khemist headlined the event with an unforgettable performance with Tah Smith on violin and Ron Draper's harmonious vocals. They blessed the night with talent and prolific music. Definitely captured the moment and left the crowd wanting more. Aisha Winfield of Jr Music Execs was there and she represents unity and dream chasing.
Mojo Booth had every one of the 360 Photo booth to take fly pics. Not Ya Mama's lemonade served fresh juices to quinch your thirst and Cyrenity Sips winery provided sweet wines to get you right. When it comes to entrepreneurship and black creatives ABE was the place to be. Indigo Stardust Candles smell so amazing. When it comes to black art Courtney Graham of Sharpie Darling LLC and Welcome To Loveville is so inspiring. Waist Beads by A Nicole is beautiful, and hand crafted to craft your waist and keep you in shape. When it comes to brands and clothing CourtSmith is more than just sports its education through clothing. Vintage Boujee is original and fly. Victory Beauty is just that a pure victor. Salt Pepper and Ketchup drips nothing but flavor. COOL is created out of love and you can feel it. GC Collection by Casamera is popping sauce -heavy. Perfectly Flawed Tees is fashion to the fullest. Suzette Art Couture has original hats that will slay anywhere, anytime. ASGNMNT has everything you need for your fly fits. Zuri Fab is fabulous.
All in all the night was turned up and black people turned out. Including special news coverage from journalist Leah Uko Jackson of NBC 10. She's incredible. There was so much support and good energy all around us. Meeka Johnson is inspiring and what she does matters. She is truly a fly black woman. Her brand allblackeverythingpopup.com is a must see. You don't want to miss another ABE event. Also grab some merch because not only will you be stylish, but you will be great. As Tupac said, "This year we all black." I couldn't agree more. Thank you to everyone because this one was one for the books, it's only up from here as we continue to make all our dreams come true, pursue our passions and never give up. Black is beautiful, black is everything
